The EPLEFPA les Sillons de Haute-Alsace invites some 130 European institutions, members of the European wine high school network, to meet in the coming months in Alsace !
Working for 50 years to network establishments and maximize synergies between its members, the latter traditionally meets in congress every two years in a different country. Hit like everyone else by the Covid19 health situation, these reference institutions beyond their borders have been pining for this meeting since 2018.
Three days of program now await them, combining reflections on the issue of generational renewal, connections and discoveries of local know-how and terroirs. This organization, proposed at the end of November 2023 to the establishment, constitutes both a challenge and an unparalleled opportunity, to register and promote on a European scale: future reflections, meetings and future projects between actors in the sector .
Now engaged in the definition and consolidation of the program, the choice of speakers, the locations and arrangements for welcoming partners, EPLEFPA Les Sillons de Haute-Alsace is seeking participation and support to highlight the profession and represent the 'Alsace in the search for sustainable dynamics.
